1. Do you think that religion is a big factor in today’s society?
Unfortunately, yes. I do not think that it’s as big a factor as it once was, however it still seems to be an issue for some people. Not so much where we’re from, but other places - like Ireland and other areas of Europe.

2. Would you want your children, if you had any, to be religious?
Definitely not. If they decided that that is what they wanted, than great. But I would never force my beliefs on them and I’d expect anyone else in their life to be as respectful. If I had children, I’d allow them to make their own decisions, and they’d have options in the matter. I wouldn’t make them feel like what they wanted was wrong. I think that’s a common mistake parents make.

3. Do you think religion matters?
It’s not important to me, but to some people, I surely believe it is. If believing in these things helps them, then I’m in no place to judge. All the power to them, hallelujah.

4. Do you believe religion and creation are linked or are two seperate factors?
Separate. I’m strictly a woman of science. There is so much evidence to back this up, even to prove how the world was created. But again, all the power to anyone who believes in God and his creation of the planet.

5. Why do you believe anything you believe?
I think when you’ve experienced certain things or have had to see things in a different way, it’s either much harder or much easier to believe in religion, and see it as something other than what it is. Personally, I’m to much of a cynic to be anything but skeptical of some big shot doing everything that supposedly happened. I’d like to believe there is something more than this - I’ve got to - but I certainly don’t expect it. And if there is a hell, I’ll gladly accept my seat.
